Opening a can of Heinz Chilli Beans Hot, we found that there were no beans, just a fairly dilute tomato-colored and tasting liquid. The can showed the following batch number: ZH0635**** and was purchased sometime in June or July at Coles Toowong, Brisbane QLD.

I hope this information helps in rectifying the problem, bringing the product to a more consistent standard. Appreciatively, Eric

DSoup of the day *** pumpkin did not taste like pumpkin soup at all. It was bitter and revolting!

After just two spoons of it I threw it all out.

Worst soup I've ever had. Back to Continental from now on .

Further to my first complaint last month, today again I found more plastic in Heinz Soup of the Day Old Fashioned Chicken. It is hard to know as the small plastic is white and soft which makes it difficult for some consumers to detect it.

When we found the plastic we decided not to drink it and to throw it away. That was when I decided to sift to see if any more plastic and was shocked to find a lot!

Very satisfied with prompt reply and asked for all the information I could supply with photos,bar code,batch number etc in order for their customer service to find out why this occurred.

Firstly, trying to find a consumer contact number in Australia proved impossible. Secondly, they have not responded through this channel and that's very disappointing. Overall, an incredible let down.

I have purchased 9 squeeze bottles of Heinz Original Mayonnaise, 295 ml, at Coles Dee Why and have found therm to be curdled and sour. The white mayonaisse has separated in the bottle with a layer of clear liquid.

When opoened its comes out curdled and tastes like sour cream. All dated ' Use by July 2024' Purchase price AU$ 5.50 each.

I have kept all the bottles both opened and unopened.

Nine in total, with photographs.

I would like these replaced please. How do I proceed ?

It's pretty simple I bought a can of Hines Big and Chunky pepper steak

My question is pretty simple where the fxxk is the steak ???

It is advertised as a full-on Flavor and has staken it well I ate the whole can and there wasn't a pieces of steak to be found.

So I had to fry up some lamb and throw it in there ,and that was the same with the second can and third can. More like Heinz Chunky Full of ***

I informed Heiz that I was not satisfied with one of their products and requested a voucher to cover the cost of what ended up in the trash. They don't supply vouchers, but were happy to do a bank deposit.

Customer service member was very helpful.

I purchased one of Heinz chunky soup product to find thick blue piece of plastic in it. Contacted Heinz about it and was asked to send through proof of plastic, photo of barcode and production stamp under can.

Once this was all sent off.

they told me they could refund me the purchase. Waiting to here back on what sort of compensation does the company have on consumers consuming plastic in their products.

I have EATEN YOUR COUNTRY CHICKEN SOUP FOR YEARS & LOVED IT but the tins I bought in March 2024 taste watered down.

I EAT YOUR SOUP 3 TIMES A WEEK FOR DINNER.

PLEASE DON'T CHANGE YOUR SOUP QUALITY AS IT COSTS DOUBLE THE PRICE ANYWAY!!!

We bought a can of spaghetti and meatballs recently and were very disappointed in the product. There was a lot of sauce, not much spaghetti and the meatballs (which we couldnt eat) were disgusting.

This used to be a very tasty meal once but we will definitely not be buying this product again. Very disappointed in this product.

Cannot contact company both numbers supplied on google & their can of beans are not contactable, i have a health alert to let them know about as 2 cans from Woolworths have had a horrible fermented smell inside and are potentially a health risk
